Day Shift (United States)

Weekly Hours:

4 hours per week

Summary of Duties

The Mobile Physical Therapist will engage with a diverse patient population, including individuals with:

  • Traumatic brain injuries
  • Spinal cord injuries
  • Cerebrovascular accidents (CVAs)
  • Brain and spinal tumors
  • Complex orthopedic surgeries
  • Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS)

As part of the Neurorehabilitation Therapy Team, you will implement established care plans and may conduct evaluations for new patients. This role also involves educating patients and their caregivers, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the Cook Health Care system. Adherence to documentation and communication protocols is essential.

Compensation: $51.50 per hour

Primary Availability: Weekends and Holidays

Qualifications
  • Master's Degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
  • Preferred experience in pediatrics, developmental therapy, or sports therapy
  • Flexible scheduling options to accommodate various needs
Licensure and Certification
  • CPR - BLS certification required
  • State licensure for Physical Therapy
