Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team as a Clinical Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our ABA programs and providing supervision to our behavior technicians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments and develop effective treatment plans
  • Provide field supervision to behavior technicians, ensuring they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality services
  • Write and implement performance evaluations for behavior technicians, focusing on their growth and development
  • Collaborate with our team to complete progress reports and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and funding source guidelines

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Psychology, Child Development, Special Education, Applied Behavioral Analysis, or a related field
  • Active BCBA Certification
  • Active LBA certification issued by the state of Georgia
  • At least 3 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis
  • 1+ years of experience utilizing software solutions for data collection, programming, and report writing
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check, TB test, pre-employment Physical Exam, and have or receive immunities to MMR/VZV
