Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Provide patient care in an intimate outpatient setting
- Build long-term relationships with patients and their families
- Work collaboratively with a team to support and rely on each other in a positive environment
- Deliver care to patients with multiple co-morbidities, requiring unique treatment plans and a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
- Experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) is preferred
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) is a plus
