Job Summary

We are seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Restaurant Management Interns. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the culinary industry, working alongside our experienced team of chefs and restaurateurs.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and maintenance
  • Participate in weekly educational meetings to learn about restaurant financials, menu creation, marketing, and more
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to ensure excellent guest service
  • Develop and implement a group project, presenting your findings at a live expo in Chicago
  • Perform essential functions and key responsibilities listed in hourly job description
Requirements
  • 1 year of practical experience or current enrollment in a culinary program
  • Any experience with Italian or French cuisine is a plus
