Role Summary:

The Manufacturing Operations Manager will leverage their technical expertise in electrical component evaluation across a diverse array of devices, including diodes and microprocessors. This role is pivotal in adhering to testing protocols to assess device specifications as dictated by client requirements and product datasheets. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing, Engineering, external clients, and suppliers is essential to meet revenue and customer satisfaction objectives. Additionally, the role encompasses extensive data analysis and oversight of a team of 8-10 Test Engineers and Technicians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of 8-10 Test Engineers and Technicians.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Business Development to ascertain the technical specifications necessary for customer bench test projects.
  • Efficiently deploy Data Acquisition (DAQ) hardware and software.
  • Possess a solid background in bench testing and instrumentation.
  • Demonstrate an understanding of electromechanical components and thermal management strategies.
  • Execute vector conversion and driver setup.
  • Monitor test jobs during stress cycles utilizing data logging techniques.
  • Conduct hardware and oven maintenance, repairs, and calibration.
  • Develop LabVIEW code using National Instruments equipment and drivers.
  • Maintain project status updates within the planning system for the testing area.

Important Note: This position is within an ITAR-registered facility; US Person (US Citizen or US Permanent Resident) status is required.
