About the Role

The Charge Registered Nurse is a key member of our healthcare team, responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in their assigned unit. This role requires strong leadership and clinical skills, with a focus on ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate patient care with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor nursing service and maintain accurate records to identify potential problems and propose corrective actions.
  • Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations to ensure our team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Coordinate staffing levels to meet contractual requirements and ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and appearance of the unit.
  • Maintain a professional atmosphere and attend regular staff meetings to stay informed and aligned with our team.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Prefer a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment.
  • Current CPR Certification.
