Become a key member of our team as a Restaurant Supervisor at Marles Inc. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, focusing on quality food and service.
  • Enforce company policies and ensure employees are working in accordance with our standards.
  • Responsible for running the line, ensuring employees take their required breaks and mealtimes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Assist with food costs by reducing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Assist with labor costs by ensuring employees are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in prep work, cleaning, and maintaining checklists.
  • Report any issues related to employee attitude, behavior, or attendance, following our incident reporting process.
  • Coordinate team member assignments for each shift and serve as a central point of communication for the kitchen.
  • Attend supervisor training sessions as required.
Requirements:
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with food handling, safety, and restaurant guidelines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with Spanish language proficiency a plus.
Work Environment:

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be required to:

  • Traverse the restaurant quickly and efficiently.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged periods of sitting and computer work.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds at times.
  • Work a varied schedule, including nights and weekends.
Compensation and Benefits:
