Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Lobby Lounge Server to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Set tables according to type of event and service standards
  • Answer questions on menu selections and communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability
  • Record transactions in our MICROS system and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure guest satisfaction with each food course and/or beverages
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas and complete closing duties
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 1 year of related work experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
