Maintenance Director

Austin Allen Company, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance department in the food manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and leadership, with a proven track record of success in planning, directing, and leading maintenance efforts.

• Develop and implement a preventive maintenance program to minimize unscheduled downtime
• Manage the maintenance department, including scheduling, labor costs, and personnel management
• Work with engineering to improve plant performance, product quality, and reduce costs
• Coordinate the efficient operation of all facilities necessary to manage utilities and reduce costs
• Ensure staff follows and supports all GMPs, regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in food manufacturing and facilities maintenance leadership
• Proficiency with PLCs and capital project budget management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
