About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Installer Technician to join our team at Just Right Heating & Cooling. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful completion of installations, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Arrive at client locations on time and verify all equipment with the job invoice.
  • Evaluate job sites prior to beginning the installation to ensure accuracy and coordinate with supervisors as needed.
  • Follow dispatching procedures before and after each installation.
  • Run installations as scheduled and according to policy and procedure.
  • Diagnose and correct installation failures.
  • Submit all paperwork and monies collected by the next business day.
  • Maintain company trucks and property in a clean and well-maintained condition.
  • Build strong relationships with customers and turn them into loyal clients.
  • Submit accurate timecards and paperwork daily.
  • Attend team meetings to improve sales and technical abilities.
  • Foster a professional atmosphere through positive and disciplined attitudes.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of field experience with an EPA Certification.
  • NATE certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds or more regularly.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb as needed.
  • Prompt and regular attendance.
