Abacus Technology Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to lead our IT and telecommunications team at Fort Johnson. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in managing large-scale IT and telecommunications contracts in a DoD environment.

• Provide technical guidance and oversight for directing and monitoring information and telecommunication systems operations.
• Lead a team of experienced professionals in the management and support for enterprise-level infrastructure.
• Collaborate with government customers to identify needs or opportunities for improvement, plan and implement large-scale projects with minimal disruption to daily operations.
• Ensure quality assurance review and evaluation of new and existing tools and technologies.
• Provide assistance and oversight for all operations activities, including interviewing, hiring, timekeeping, evaluations, mentoring, and personnel corrective actions.

We are looking for a candidate with 10+ years of experience managing large-scale IT and telecommunications contracts in a DoD environment. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, along with certifications such as Security+, PMP, CAPM, and ITIL. The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience implementing quality assurance/control and safety programs and processes within the telecom industry.

The successful candidate will be technically proficient in the areas of configuration, installation, upgrade, and troubleshooting of applicable OSP, NIPRNET, and SIPRNET systems and devices, and telephone service operations. A current Secret clearance is also required.
