Job Summary

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in a skilled nursing setting. As an Occupational Therapist at Aequor Technologies, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  1. Assess Patients' Needs: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and needs to develop individualized therapy plans.
  2. Provide Therapy Treatments: Deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.
  3. Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Team: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists to coordinate care and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  4. Educate Patients and Families: Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home programs, and strategies to maintain progress post-discharge.
  5. Maintain Accurate Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
Requirements
  • Current PT License: Possess a current Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) or similar setting.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, therapy equipment, and treatment planning in a long-term care environment.
