Additionally, we offer various amenities and services, such as daily beach chair rentals, paddleboard experiences, charter fishing trips, and more, ensuring our guests enjoy their vacations to the fullest.


Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our operations, collaborating with guests and your colleagues to deliver exceptional luxury and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries and addressing concerns via phone or email promptly.
  • Encouraging reviews and collaborating with Property Managers to achieve five-star ratings.
  • Providing backup support for service inquiries and entering calls into our systems.
  • Staying informed about property amenities, services, pricing, and layouts to assist customers effectively.
  • Ensuring guest contracts are properly filed.
  • Inputting reservations into our software and sending confirmation communications.
  • Maintaining booking calendars and synchronizing across platforms.
  • Working with property managers to resolve guest concerns regarding property conditions and requests.
  • Contacting guests prior to arrival to offer additional items and amenities.
  • Conducting welcome calls and sending welcome emails before guest arrivals.
  • Managing beach chair schedules and ensuring beach services assistants have necessary information.
  • Participating in training and other tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Ability to navigate multiple flights of stairs as needed.
  • Capability to stand or sit for extended periods.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time position with shifts available every day, including rotating off-days.
