**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Specialist to join our team at StarrTrax. As an Electromechanical Specialist, you will be responsible for performing corrective, preventative, predictive, safety, and emergency repairs to electrical machinery and electronic equipment used in manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective troubleshooting and repair of facility wiring, electronic controls, including servo/stepper motor controls, process equipment, and general mechanical equipment.
  • Collaborate with Engineering personnel to conduct process and project evaluation and problem-solving tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records via Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software.
  • Calibrate electronic controllers and document results.
  • Participate in building and grounds maintenance as needed.
  • Assist in installing, adjusting, repairing, and servicing production machinery and equipment.
  • Maintain good housekeeping practices.
  • Work overtime as required and respond to emergency call-ins.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum two (2) years' electromechanical training and PLC knowledge for troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
  • Four (4) years' experience in mechanical, electrical repair, and PLC troubleshooting and repair of production equipment.
  • Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and diagrams.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office software.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented individual.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

Salary Estimate: $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
