Key Responsibilities:

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining processes for evaluating software and related documentation. The key tasks include:

  • Assessing the resources necessary for quality control;
  • Ensuring quality standards are upheld throughout the software development life cycle;
  • Creating comprehensive software quality assurance plans;
  • Conducting both formal and informal reviews at designated stages of the development life cycle.

Required Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related scientific or technical field. (A Master's degree is preferred.)
  • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in quality assurance and quality control.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in verification and validation, software testing and integration, software metrics, and their application to software quality assessment.
