IT Recruiter

Gridiron IT Solutions LLC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the IT industry to meet the staffing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Account Managers to understand client staffing requirements
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates
• Evaluate candidate strengths and weaknesses to ensure the best fit for client needs
• Negotiate wages, benefits, and other employment terms with candidates
• Manage new hire orientation and onboarding for contract and contract-hire employees
• Establish and maintain relationships with existing employees, professional networks, and industry groups

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in technical recruiting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships
• Outgoing and confident personality
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• College degree
