Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and caring In-Home Caregiver to join our team. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will play a vital role in assisting clients with their daily living activities, promoting their independence, and enhancing their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care services based on individual client needs, as outlined in their Plan of Care developed by the Nurse Supervisor.
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, as needed.
  • Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation.
  • Transport clients to appointments or errands, ensuring their safety and well-being during transportation.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of one year of experience providing in-home care services.
  • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) certification in the state of Georgia.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Physical Demands

This position requires frequent to constant standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, and reaching. The ability to lift and transfer clients safely is essential.
