We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our fine dining establishment in Honolulu, HI. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding our company's Core Values, Vision, and Mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the General Manager in daily operations and work with other managers to develop new ideas to improve the restaurant and team.
  • Field all inquiries, including emails, and take care of banquets, special events, and large parties.
  • Maintain all responsibilities of the Assistant Manager and understand the duties of the Banquet/Special Events Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Upper education preferable, however not required.
  • 3-5 years of related experience preferably with a full-size restaurant and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in cash handling and inventory management.
  • Computer skills required, including working knowledge of Reservations system and Microsoft Office.
  • Liquor License (Manager Card required).
  • TB Clearance.
