Competitive Compensation

As a Housekeeping Professional, you can expect a competitive starting wage of $12.50-$15 per hour, depending on your experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 403B plan with employer matching.

Job Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas daily
• Dusting, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces to maintain a clean and comfortable environment
• Respecting residents' privacy and personal space while performing your duties

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• Previous housekeeping or maintenance experience
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
