A reputable Ag Operation is seeking a skilled Custom Applicator to join their team in Northeast Missouri. As a key member of the crop production team, the successful candidate will be responsible for spraying and operating precision Ag equipment.

• Spraying Operations: Conduct spraying activities from March to November, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and adhering to strict safety protocols.
• Equipment Operation: Operate late-model precision Ag equipment, preferably John Deere, to ensure efficient and effective crop production.
• Chemical Application: Calculate chemical rates and read chemical labels accurately to ensure safe and effective application.
• Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and general repair tasks to ensure equipment is in good working condition.

• Experience: Preferred experience in sprayer application, but willing to train the right candidate.
• Math Skills: Proficient math skills for accurate calculations and chemical rate determination.
• Chemical Knowledge: Ability to read and understand chemical labels and safety protocols.
• Maintenance Skills: Strong preventative maintenance and repair skills to ensure equipment is in good working condition.
• CDL: Possess or be willing to obtain a CDL.
