We are in search of a Junior / Experienced Cost Estimator to become a vital part of our team. In this role, you will work closely with experienced Estimators and our Business Development team to formulate effective strategies and provide exceptional solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Perform comprehensive quantity takeoffs alongside senior Estimators and/or Estimating Managers
- Create precise bid packages
- Review contractual documents and recommend scope modifications as necessary
- Identify and resolve intricate issues within construction documents
- Support production staff with any inquiries

Qualifications:

- Eagerness to learn about the Construction sector
- Familiarity with MS Excel and estimating software (preferred)
- Capability to comprehend construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and prioritization abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and a diligent work ethic
- Proficient math skills
- Bachelor's Degree

Position: Junior / Experienced Cost Estimator
