About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Phlebotomist to join our team at the Brighton Donor Center. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in collecting lifesaving blood donations that are delivered to hospitals. Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood donations from volunteer donors while ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment.
• Collaborate with your team to create a friendly atmosphere that encourages donors to return.
• Follow all safety procedures to ensure the quality and safety of the blood donations.

Requirements:

• Associates degree or a combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting.
• Current, valid driver's license with a good driving record may be required.
• Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, or pulling heavy weights, good manual dexterity, and the ability to sit or stand for long periods.
