- Handle payment processing and manage deposits efficiently.
- Generate reports and submit maintenance requests to maintain office operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Property Manager to address inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Focus on customer satisfaction by resolving conflicts and addressing issues swiftly.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during standard business hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role with a strong emphasis on service excellence.
- Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in computer systems and a willingness to learn new software.
- Must successfully pass a Criminal Background Check and possess a valid Driver's License.
