Job Title: Junior Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney

About LHH: LHH is a reputable North New Jersey law firm that specializes in mid-market mergers and acquisitions. We are seeking a talented Junior Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney to join our team.

Job Summary: As a Junior Mergers and Acquisitions Attorney, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and review of merger and acquisition agreements, conducting due diligence, and providing support to senior attorneys on complex transactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of merger and acquisition agreements, including purchase agreements, stock purchase agreements, and asset purchase agreements.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including reviewing financial statements, contracts, and other relevant documents.
  • Provide support to senior attorneys on complex transactions, including drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting research, and analyzing data.
  • Develop relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations affecting mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or a related field.
  • Ability to develop relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • License to practice law in New Jersey.
