Traveling Associate Dentist

At Franklin Dental & Braces - a Benevis company, we are seeking a dedicated Traveling Associate Dentist to provide quality dental care to underserved communities. As a key member of our team, you will travel to different offices, collaborate with a dedicated team, and adhere to high standards of care and compliance.


Salary and Benefits

We offer a guaranteed biweekly salary during the ramp period or a percentage of collections. Additionally, you can earn an additional $400 each week for traveling to other offices within your geographic area, all expenses paid (hotel, mileage, meals). Our benefits package includes medical/dental/vision insurance plans, HSA/FSA, short-term disability/long-term disability, and basic life insurance plans, paid for by the company.


Job Description

As a Traveling Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of your team. You will hold staff to the highest integrity by adhering to all government regulations, company standards, and company compliance programs. Your duties will include:

  • Providing dental services to patients
  • Holding staff to the highest integrity
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide certification (where required)
  • Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults
