Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver CDL A to join our team at SpartanNash. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely operating a commercial truck on designated routes to deliver products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive commercial truck on designated routes to deliver products to customers
  • Assist with unloading products at each delivery location and obtain delivery confirmation
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and operate vehicle in a safe and efficient manner, in compliance with DOT regulations
  • Complete daily driver logs and perform pre and post-trip inspections
Requirements
  • Valid CDL A license with at least six months of verifiable driving experience
  • Ability to lift and move up to 100 pounds frequently during loading and unloading
  • Ability to push and pull loaded pallets and carts weighing up to 2,700 pounds
  • Ability to sit for up to eleven hours per day and climb in and out of tractor and trailer often
