Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Imaging Technician to work in a dynamic healthcare environment. As a Diagnostic Imaging Professional, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate imaging equipment, such as X-ray machines and CT scanners, to produce high-quality images of patients.
  • Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their comfort and safety.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to strict safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Current certification as a Radiologic Technologist (RT) or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a radiology department.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
  • Ability to lift and move patients, as well as operate heavy equipment.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
