About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team at Kadlec Regional Medical Center. As a member of our Hematology and Oncology department, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to our mission of delivering world-class health with human connection.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients with hematological and oncological conditions.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop strategies to address them.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
  • 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in hematology and oncology.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
