Breakfast Bartender

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Breakfast Bartender to join our team at Cecilia's breakfast restaurant in Vancouver. As a Breakfast Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails and providing top-notch service to our guests.

• Prepare and serve drinks that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
• Create innovative and cost-effective cocktail menus and specials.
• Develop a deep understanding of our wine, beer, and spirits selection, with a focus on amari.
• Provide exceptional service to our guests, including making drink recommendations and learning the names of regulars.
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• 21 years of age or older.
• Positive and engaging personality, with a professional appearance.
• Punctuality and reliability.
• Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.
• Working knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor, as well as common drink recipes.
• Current permits to serve food and alcohol.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle money and operate a cash register.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Part-time and full-time positions available, with schedule flexibility.
• Closed for major holidays: 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
