**Job Title:** Home Care Provider - Supportive Living Services

**Location:

Estimated salary: $25,000 - $35,000 per year.

At John Knox Manor, Inc., we are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Provider to join our team. The successful candidate will provide supportive living services to our clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met with dignity and respect.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing companionship, personal care, and homemaking services to clients in their own homes. This role requires a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing personal care assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming;
  • Assisting with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management;
  • Offering companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities and conversation to promote mental stimulation and well-being;
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to all relevant policies and procedures.

**Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation;
  • Ability to pass a background check and possess a valid CPR certification;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
