The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job DescriptionAs a Support Service Provider, you will work closely with participants to develop and implement personalized plans to support their independence and safety in the community. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing program curricula and delivering individual and group learning experiences.
- Maintaining accurate records of participant progress and participating in assessment, planning, and evaluation processes.
- Coordinating participant training programs with other services and benefits.
- Providing support and guidance to participants to help them achieve their goals.
You will also have opportunities to work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure participants receive comprehensive support.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- A drivers license and clean DMV record.
- CPR and First Aid training or willingness to be trained within 30 days of employment.
- TB clearance within 30 days of employment.
- Department of Justice fingerprint clearance prior to employment.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening prior to employment.
We prefer candidates with experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and knowledge of the Regional Center System.
