Titanium Aerospace Welding Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Titanium Aerospace Welding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for TIG welding titanium castings in a chamber under argon atmosphere.
Job Responsibilities- TIG weld titanium castings in a controlled environment, adhering to strict quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement rework plans to ensure castings meet specifications.
- Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and organized condition.
- Lift and move heavy castings with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve welding skills and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Formal vocational training or equivalent experience (1-2 years) in TIG welding.
- Ability to pass a welding test within 4-6 weeks of hire.
- Anual eye exam.
- Bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Basic high-school level math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Continuous attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- HS diploma or equivalent GED required; relevant experience considered.
This position is performed in a reasonably good working environment with some exposure to noise, temperature, and machinery.
Benefits- Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year (based on location and experience).
