Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Integrated Resources. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to assigned residents with complex needs, including hygiene, physical comfort, medical treatment, nutritional needs, ambulation, and exercise.
  • Administer medication to assigned residents, excluding blood and blood products, IV solutions, and certain medications.
  • Direct the care of residents performed by Certified Nursing Assistants.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of Person-Centered Care Plans.
  • Assist with health teaching for residents and families as needed.
  • Establish positive relationships with residents and families in accordance with Residents' Bill of Rights.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate competence and experience in nursing skills within the scope of practice.
  • Establish positive team morale and good interpersonal relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
