Compensation:
$60/hr to $75/hr on W2

Position Overview:
As a Manufacturing Excellence Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency and maximizing the utilization of manufacturing resources. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing best practices across our syrup production facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive operational performance improvements by utilizing various methodologies and tools.
2. Assess and refine organizational structures to optimize efficiency.
3. Evaluate facility capabilities, including technology and systems, to recommend enhancements.
4. Develop and implement process improvement initiatives that align with client objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
5. Ensure adherence to corporate standards for consistent performance measurement and improvement.
6. Support the optimization of plant layouts and complexity through workload studies.
7. Establish and maintain performance standards and metrics.
8. Create actionable continuous improvement plans that translate business goals into specific projects.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Engineering, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in problem-solving as a Continuous Improvement leader and coach, familiar with methodologies such as DMAIC and VSM.
- Background in business transformation and process enhancement.
- Experience in training and coaching management practices.
- Minimum Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP; experience in warehouse optimization is a significant advantage.
