Job Summary
Kosciusko Community Hospital is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality diagnostic images for patients undergoing radiographic procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce high-quality images of patients
- Position patients for optimal image capture
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
- Maintain accurate records of patient images and procedures
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
Requirements
- Associate's degree or certificate in Science of Radiological Technology from an accredited radiography program
- ARRT certification or General Radiography Registry eligibility
- Previous radiology experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist with 100 pounds
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience with EMR systems
- Basic typing and computer skills
