Island Ambassador

We are seeking an experienced and passionate bartender to join our team at Tommy Bahama. As an island ambassador, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere that embodies the spirit of aloha.

• Create a relaxed destination by greeting guests with a friendly smile and demonstrating genuine hospitality.
• Set the course by delivering exceptional services and providing knowledge of all food, beer, wine, and spirits menus.
• Build the perfect oasis by practicing proper cash handling and maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for all team members.

• 1+ years of bartending or related experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Current food handler's card and alcohol service certification as required by federal/state/local law.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service/hospitality.
• Excellent guest service skills.
• High school diploma or GED.

• A competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year.
• Overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 hours per week.
