INTEGRIS Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. As a Clinic RN - Neurology, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.
Job Summary:- Provide direct patient care to patients with neurological conditions, including assessment, development, and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Assess patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, monitoring patients' responses and adjusting care plans as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination and communication, including attending interdisciplinary team meetings and participating in patient care conferences.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and evidence-based care, including attending workshops, conferences, and online courses.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth, including mentoring new staff members and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Oklahoma or current multistate license from a Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC) member state.
- BLS and/or ACLS as required by department.
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
- Previous Registered Nurse experience preferred.
