Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule, confirm, and prepare for customer appointments to enhance their service experience.
  • Welcome customers promptly and courteously.
  • Assess vehicle requirements based on customer input and vehicle inspection.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to assist customers in planning necessary vehicle maintenance.
  • Create transparent repair orders detailing costs and time estimates for customers.
  • Maintain regular communication with technicians and parts staff to ensure timely service completion.
  • Provide updates to customers regarding their vehicle status, tailored to their preferences.
  • Deliver an exceptional vehicle handover experience.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Meet and exceed targeted sales objectives.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge to assist customers with maintenance needs and warranty information.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service to foster loyalty.
Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Previous sales experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
  • Comfortable working with technology.
  • Valid in-state driver's license with a safe driving record.
