- Direct physical therapy treatment and evaluate home environments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.
- Assess and evaluate therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status for the development of the total plan of care.
- Provide patient, caregiver, and family education and counseling to empower them to take an active role in their care.
- Active Physical Therapist (PT) licensure in Oregon.
- 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to work independently.
- Hold a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
