As a key member of our team, you will provide recovery-focused services related to the safe and appropriate administration of medical treatment, including medications, as prescribed by the physician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide safe, effective, and efficient implementation of direct care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care.
  • Administer medications as prescribed by the physician and monitor clients for any adverse reactions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
