Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our team. As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of receiving, documentation, inventory, and shipping. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, restocking supplies, and placing orders. Additionally, you will be responsible for accepting, inspecting, and recording deliveries, and unpacking and storing items. You will also be responsible for preparing packages for shipping, labeling them, and loading them onto trucks or vans. You will interact with customers and vendors, and handle complaints. You will also be responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and ensuring it is safe. You will process invoices, maintain records, and operate warehouse equipment. You will also adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment. The essential functions of this role include wearing steel toe shoes and manual lifting up to 50lbs. Skills required include time management, quality control, basic computer skills, organizational skills, shipping and receiving skills, cycle counting, inventory auditing, and warehouse management system.
