We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Culinary Specialist to join our team at Mangum Skilled Nursing & Therapy. As a key member of our food service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality of food and service for our residents.

• Food Preparation: Prepare and cook meals and beverages using standardized procedures to maintain sanitation and quality.
• Service: Serve meals to residents in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining a clean and safe dining environment.
• Inventory Management: Store and manage food stock to prevent spoilage and maintain cleanliness.
• Record Keeping: Accurately record meals served and monitor food temperatures to ensure quality and safety.
• Cleaning and Sanitation: Clean assigned dining areas and wash dishes and utensils according to acceptable standards of practice.

• One (1) or more years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility environment preferred.
