In this pivotal role, you will focus on ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, while contributing to the development of the company's new headquarters.

Key tasks include:

  • Processing equipment and warranty credits;
  • Preparing refund checks and reports for Accounts Payable and the AP Manager;
  • Maintaining accurate intercompany reconciliation;
  • Obtaining insurance certificates from customers;

Pre-close responsibilities encompass:

  • Completing month-end journal entries;
  • Finalizing balance sheet packages;
  • Coding health insurance information;

Month-end duties consist of:

  • Updating the trial balance;
  • Formatting AR reports for submission;
  • Collaborating on the AR audit spreadsheet;
  • Uploading EOM journal entries;

Furthermore, you will participate in ad hoc projects assigned by the Assistant Controller and Group Controller.

Successful candidates should possess:

  • 1-2+ years of accounting experience (including internships) in a high-volume environment;
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel (v/h-lookups, pivot tables, formulas, and sum if);

Prior experience with advanced cash applications and the construction or building materials industry are highly desirable.
