Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality speech, language, and dysphagia services to children with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and provide individualized speech, language, and dysphagia services to children with developmental disabilities
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and need
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and dysphagia goals
  • Provide education and support to families and caregivers on strategies to promote communication and swallowing skills

Requirements:

  • NYS License/Registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
