Job Title: General Dentist

At Arrow Dental, we are seeking a skilled General Dentist to join our team in Salem, Oregon. As a General Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive dental services to patients
  • Prioritize patient needs and treatment planning while educating patients
  • Manage a dental office, including treating patients, maintaining patient records, personnel, and practice management, and dental equipment maintenance
  • Share in after-hours on-call responsibilities


Requirements:

  • Licensed Dentist within the State of Oregon
  • Nitrous endorsement
  • Strong patient management skills
  • Demonstrated management and leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with dental practice management software
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work with frequent interruptions in a fast-paced clinic environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional business image
  • General Practice Residency or equivalent experience working with complex patient care a plus
  • Spanish skills a plus
