Far Inspections is a leading provider of mortgage field services, seeking highly motivated individuals to perform residential occupancy verifications on behalf of mortgage lenders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Verify property occupancy and report general property conditions using a mobile application.
  • Complete exterior inspections, with occasional interior photos required in vacant properties.
  • Report findings within 4 days of assignment completion.

The ideal candidate will have a reliable vehicle, smartphone, and computer with internet access. A printer is also necessary for printing reports.

Compensation

This is a 1099 position, with flat rates varying by county and volume. Earn the equivalent of $20-$30 per hour, with potential for increased earnings as you become established or take on more territory.
