Our client specializes in advanced power supply and management solutions utilized in high-tech and medical sectors nationwide. They are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill immediate openings with opportunities for career advancement.

Role Expectations:
We are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and develop new skills in a manufacturing setting, even if they have no prior assembly experience. This is a temp-to-hire position, and upon successful transition, you will gain access to comprehensive benefits, including 401K and paid time off.

Compensation:
Hourly wage: $19 - $19.01
Shift: Second shift, from 3:30 PM to 11 PM
Education Requirement: High School diploma or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assemble small electrical components following precise instructions.
2. Utilize torque wrenches and wire the final product as per specifications.
3. Conduct quality inspections of finished products.
4. Assist the team in preparing inventory and tools for each task.
5. Interpret blueprints and schematics effectively.

Essential Skills:
- Mechanical assembly
- Parts assembly

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
- Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
