Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive primary care services within the established scope of practice.
  • Provide holistic care, addressing prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
  • Work collaboratively with clinic personnel to coordinate patient appointments.
  • Perform physical assessments, order necessary diagnostic evaluations, and formulate treatment strategies.
  • Prescribe appropriate medications and facilitate referrals to specialty care as required.
  • Ensure accurate patient records are maintained within the CPRS system.

Required Qualifications:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be up to date.
  • Ability to successfully complete a federal background check.
  • Physical capability to perform essential job functions.
