Daycare Assistant

At Wyndy LLC, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Daycare Services provider. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our young clients.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and engage children in various activities, promoting their cognitive, emotional, and physical development.
• Assist with mealtime routines, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, fostering a love of learning in our children.
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, ensuring open communication and a supportive team environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements

• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their growth and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Able to follow directions, work independently, and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred, but not required.
