Job Title: Machinist Intern - 2nd Shift

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machinist Intern to join our team on the 2nd shift in MN. As a Machinist Intern, you will assist our experienced machinists in the production of high-quality equipment for the electric utility, telecommunications, tree care, construction, and light and signs markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the setup and operation of machining equipment
  • Perform quality control checks on finished products
  • Collaborate with experienced machinists to improve production processes
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of machining principles and practices
Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a machining program
  • High school or GED education level
  • Experience with computer systems
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend
  • Ability to use measuring equipment
  • Ability to perform moderate math calculations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Knowledge in one of the following areas: Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing/Production processes
